The Merzinger butcher’s is a family-run business that decided to focus on local district markets. Walter Merzinger and his two daughters Julia and Anna sell the freshest, top-quality own-produced meats with professionalism and courtesy.

Julia and Anna are also two of the youngest master butchers and meat sommeliers in Salzburg.

Together with them, we developed a “Wunsch & Maß” model vending trailer which was delivered by Borco Höhns in August 2021. We are proud to have completed this project with the Merzinger family.

Technical specifications of the outfit

• MAXIMA TOP refrigerated sales counter, internal depth of 80 cm, with ventilated cooling with an external temperature of up to 35°C.
• Ultrasonic air humidification to ensure products remain fresh at all times.
• Vertical display with Sekurit safety glazing.
• 6 refrigerated compartments and heated display.
• BÄRO LED lighting system inside and out.
• Cooling/heating system on the roof in the sales area.
• Underfloor heating and heated protection profiles.
• Vacuum-packing machine recessed under the worktop.
• Mains wiring and emergency power supply system (“Ion” pack)
