Ours is a growing business in the automotive industry, specialising in outfitting vehicles for the disabled, medical seats, vending vans, refrigerated vehicles and much more. Excellent service and premium quality are a priority in what we do, day-in day-out; that’s why we’re looking for someone with excellent office duty management skills.

Office Assistant (f/m)


  • Daily administrative tasks
  • Customer management (CRM data bank, etc.)
  • Research and documentation, etc.
  • Accounting preparation
  • Secretarial tasks (mail, appointments, etc.)
  • Italian correspondence


  • Professional qualification relating to commerce
  • Previous experience in office organisation
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Great command of written and spoken German
  • Great command of written and spoken Italian
  • Friendly, relaxed and well-kempt appearance
  • Preferably with an interest in the automotive industry

We offer:

Job in Oberalm (Salzburg), easy to reach on public transport, free parking. Possibility of increasing work hours. Minimum salary EUR 2,500.00 gross per month (full-time) depending on qualifications and previous experience.
