Authentic organically farmed chickens: this is the motto of the Berghammer family (Geflügel Berghammer). Martin Berghammer, second generation, takes the utmost care in ensuring that the organic chickens he offers for sale in local district markets are constantly farmed according to the best organic farming methods. His refrigerated display includes organic turkey breasts, organic chicken breasts, duck breasts, free-range geese and much more.

Together with them, we developed a customised “Wunsch & Maß” vending van which was delivered by Borco Höhns in May 2020. We are proud to have completed this project with the Berghammer family.

Technical specifications of the outfit:

• Mercedes-Benz Atego with PAUL low chassis
• Gross vehicle weight rating: 9,500 kg with a load capacity of 1,900 kg
• OPTIMA refrigerated sales counter (6 m), internal depth of 67 cm, with static cooling with an external temperature of up to 32°C
• Vertical display with Sekurit safety glazing
• Refrigeration with temperature control and automatic hot gas defrosting
• Refrigerated compartment under the refrigerated display (approx. 300 l) and refrigerator under the worktop with 2 hinged doors (approx. 400 l)
• Delicatessen corner with heated top and fryer
• BÄRO LED lighting system inside and out
